Hey Spartans! With the new school year in full swing, here are some clubs you should consider joining at VPM!
Spartan Youth Service
The largest club at VPM, SYS is a volunteer service club with five committees, all of which focus on a specific type of volunteering. Spartan Spirit, Helping Hands, Paws for a Cause, Youth for Youth, and Green Team have plenty of opportunities for you to earn volunteer hours and get involved in your community, so join the Google Classroom or follow the Instagram to learn about events!
Meetings Wednesdays after school in the Wisconsin Center
DDAF
DDAF, or Drama, Debate, and Forensics, is another very popular club at VPM. Drama is currently preparing for the Fall Play, and you can attend stage crew after school in the auditorium on select days. Debate season has also started, and VPM’s debate team has tournaments throughout October. Forensics season hasn’t started yet, but coaching starts this week to sign up for that to get ready!

MEDLIFE
MEDLIFE is a nonprofit organization that works with communities in Latin America and Africa to provide medical care and education. VPM’s chapter of MEDLIFE is planning a bake sale fundraiser coming up on October 10th and 11th in collaboration with Red Cross Club, so don’t miss it! You can also show up to meetings to learn about the Service Learning Trip/Virtual Service Learning Trip, where you have the opportunity to go on an educational trip to countries like Tanzania or Peru to work on development projects with local communities!

Sewing and Craft Club
If you love arts, crafts, and having fun, Sewing and Craft Club is for you! Sewing and Craft Club offers opportunities to participate in activities like painting, crocheting, jewelry making, as well as volunteer events. Give yourself a creative outlet and a break from school to show up and make something you can be proud of!
