As the 2024-25 school year ends, VPM drama is going out with a bang!
The Grown Ups is about a group of 5 summer camp counselors trying to make it through a very…well, “difficult” political climate. Now, we don’t know much about the plot, but the stuff I do is HEAVY spoilers, but the little piece I can share is that this show will be terrific. With a small but stellar cast of returning members and newcomers (like our own Co-Editor in Chief Max Knight), long and winding, yet very engrossing monologues, and a VERY topical message, this show is bound to be one for the books.
In addition to having shows in theatre 300 on May 9 and 10, they will also be having an OUTDOOR(!!!!!) show at Picnic Point on May 13th! Show up and support your local theater company!
