Anyway, on that note, there may be a math room or two on this list, so don’t call me biased.

1. Mr.Reich

Mr. Reich’s room between the math and history classes is spacious and dimly lit 24/7. While this won’t be accounted for in the other rooms listed, Mr.Reich’s welcoming demeanor and teaching style only enrich the good vibes, equalizing the math you do in there. In his first hour geometry class, 25-26, I recall him talking about the fire marshal emailing the faculty, repeatedly reminding them that only 20% of the room’s walls were allowed to be covered. I also recall Mr.Reich stating multiple times he wouldn’t take down his decor, which consisted of sports team posters over many years, wood wallpaper on the two pillars with paper branches and leaves on the ceiling to make them look like trees. In 24-25, one of them was covered with pictures of Cooper from the DreamWorks series Trolls, although I wasn’t in his class then, at the end of the year, I took a patch of them for my wall. Anyway, Mr.Reich stated, “I won’t take anything down until the fire marshal is in this room to say it to my face.” When I visited his room in the fall, he didn’t have his decorations.

2. Mr. Spence

Mr. Spence’s room in the science department has a full wall of windows that are hard not to admire. I had never encountered the room before this year. The only reason I ever went in was that it was my assigned room for the ACT, but I wasn’t complaining. Looking at it, I doubt it was touched much during renovations; it has the classic brick and looks straight out of 2019.

3. Mr. Frontier

Now this one is almost totally biased, but the dim lighting and unrestricted computers are enough to win me over.
