The movie’s net worth is 1.15 billion USD. Zootopia 2<\/em> is a sequel that continues the story of Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde solving cases together.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s been 9 years since the first movie was released. My younger sibling and I watched the movie to see how good the sequel to the movie was, and the plot and characters were better than we expected. In addition, the music by Shakira seems to be catchy for both younger and older audiences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the movie, both my siblings and I saw multiple references from a variety of movies from Pixar and other famous 90\u2019s movies. One of the noticeable reference are from Ratatouille, where a rat is controlling a clumsy lion. We get to see the previous characters from the first movie, such as the criminals and the cops.<\/span><\/p>\n

The movie follows Judy and Nick as they try to solve a case surrounding the dark history of Zootopia’s construction. The two cops have been having struggles with miscommunication, and their partnership at the beginning of the movie is strained. After getting involved with a fugitive reptile, they become wanted animals. As they run from the rest of the police force, they must work with their new scaly acquaintance to uncover the truth and bring justice to Zootopia’s original creator. Along the way, the two protagonists experience many ups and downs as their friendship is tested at every corner, but they emerge strong in the end after exposing the true villains. In addition to the emotional lessons that this story teaches, the movie uses the example of reptiles and mammals to bring attention to the issue of society taking advantage of lower classes.<\/span><\/p>\n

This movie did a good job of demonstrating the importance of connection as we see Judy and Nick turning to each other for support throughout the story. Both characters have trouble communicating with each other. Judy always feels the need to lead, but deep down, she is scared of misdirection. Nick is afraid to be vulnerable at the risk of losing someone who matters to him. Despite their personal struggles, they both truly care about each other. At the end of the movie, they are able to have an honest conversation and revive their partnership once again.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was fun to see characters from the first movie again like my favorite, Flash. He is somehow both the slowest and fastest in the movie as he types slowly at the DMV while also swooping in with his Lamborghini to save Nick. Overall, Walt Disney Animation Studios did a good job of continuing the plot for a corporate animated studio.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
